Medtronic Infuse Lawsuit Filed Over Permanent Injuries from Off-Label Use
A couple has brought a complaint against Medtronic for injuries related to the company's potentially defective Infuse bone growth product.
Yet another product liability lawsuit has been filed against medical device maker Medtronic, over permanent injuries possibly linked to the company's Infuse bone graft product. The complaint was brought on April 24, by Gerard and Sharonda Ledet, who claim that Medtronic aggressively promoted the off-label use of its Infuse product without the LT-Cage, which is a device designed to control the bone growth protein.
